1. Scope of Services

Being Well Homoeopathic Clinic provides in-clinic consultations at Kharar, Punjab, and digital video telemedicine consultations for patients worldwide. All healthcare services are rendered by registered homoeopathic medical practitioners licensed under the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), Government of India.

2. Telemedicine Guidelines

Telemedicine consultations adhere to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of AYUSH and Board of Governors. Online consultations are intended for non-emergency clinical management. Patients experiencing acute life-threatening emergencies must immediately visit their nearest hospital emergency department.

3. Medicine Delivery & Shipping

Prescribed remedies are dispatched via authorized express courier services. Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to regional courier operations and customs clearance for international parcels.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
